Ivy Kennedy is a passionate advocate for Indigenous rights and a leader in her community in Regina, Saskatchewan. As the founder of Women of the Dawn Inc., Ivy has dedicated her life to empowering Indigenous women through cultural education, mentorship, and community-driven initiatives.

Drawing on her deep connection to her heritage and her commitment to social justice, Ivy established Women of the Dawn Inc in 1993 to create a space where Indigenous women can thrive, connect, and reclaim their cultural identities.

With a background in community development and a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by Indigenous women, Ivy has been a driving force in promoting self-determination and holistic well-being.

Her work is rooted in the belief that by uplifting the voices of Indigenous women, we can create stronger, more resilient communities for future generations.
